All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. While we strive to bring the shipping time to within a week, due to COVID and all manners of Shenanigans, it's not a guarantee.
We do guarantee, however, full discloser and discretion, as well as prompt customer service. Each dispute will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. This is not to determine ineligibility of claims nor of fault. We will work to ensure that the customers' needs are met in the appropriate way, whether that be on our end or the shipper's end. We will not leave it alone until it is resolved whether that means a refund or a replacement.
